Tameem was absolutely amazing! Got there wayyy 8 hours before check-in with the hotel completely booked and none checked out of a room similar to what we booked, May Allah reward Tameem, he immediately helped us get an upgraded room to haram view and made sure we were well rested. If I could give 100 stars Tameem and this hotel deserves it! The room was absolutely fantastic with the most perfect haram view and service was spectacular. It was a stone throw away from the Nabiyyis mosque (female side).. Would definitely come back Insha Allah

WiFi good, room clean, easy to access the hotel because it have two doors one to the main road and one to the haram, you can find taxi any time, big room and big bathroom, easy access to the Haram at any time, you can find everything under the hotel

It was marvelous experience to stay at Frontel. Except one staff members, all were very cooperative and ready to serve. They dealt professionally well in managing room and other queries. Room was excellent and only one thing was troubling that one of the attached toilet gave odd back smell. Over all I rate 9/10 the facility and dealings. Location of hotel is top of all just close to Haram.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel was really clean and nice as well and the girls from the front desk went out of way to make sure I get the best room. Big shout out to Ebtihaal, thank you . I am really particular about the room hygiene and the hotel always delivers when it comes to cleanliness

Alhamdulillah everything was perfect the location you can't get any better than this to be honest. I had 2 junior suites and they was spacious for medina... Bfast was good clean rooms everyday Awsome will stay again and recommend this hotel.
